POS/kitchen integration, card processing, phone/text agents, campaigns and extra locations are not included. Payment tracking requires an agreed, compatible processor connection. Payment-processing charges, domain and external software fees are separate. No unapproved usage charges.
Your first month is charged at PayPal approval, before implementation is complete. Monthly billing continues until canceled. Review the exact price and renewal dates in checkout.

Is a starter package a trial?
Restaurant Starter is a paid monthly service with a defined scope, not an unlimited trial or a promise that every feature in a demonstration is included. Review its checkout and allowances before approval.
Can I buy without choosing every future upgrade?
Yes. Start with the published scope that meets your immediate need. Additional channels and connections can be evaluated separately when you are ready.
Why does the restaurant demo start at a different price from the industry packages?
Restaurant Starter focuses on one location’s website, menu, direct ordering experience, website chat and owner controls. The restaurant industry packages are broader bundles. Their published deliverables, channels and allowances differ; compare scope rather than treating them as the same plan.
Does Restaurant Starter include a voice receptionist?
No. Voice reception is an optional separately priced add-on. The current voice add-on includes 300 minutes per month. Review its exact scope and price before subscribing.
Are POS integration and card processing included in Restaurant Starter?
No. POS or kitchen integration and card processing need a separately agreed compatible setup. Payment tracking depends on an agreed processor connection, and processing fees are separate.
Do I have to upgrade later?
No. Upgrades are optional. We do not automatically move you to a more expensive package or charge for additional work without agreement.
Can I replace one package with another?
Contact us before subscribing to a second overlapping plan. We confirm whether the change replaces or supplements the current package and agree billing and activation timing.
Do all industries have the same starter price?
No. Restaurant Starter is a specific published offer. Other industries and standalone services have their own scope and approved pricing. Choose your industry to see its current options.
What should I compare before buying?
Compare included channels, locations, usage limits, content or update allowances, supported connections, ongoing support and separate third-party costs. A lower price is useful only when its scope fits the task.
When does billing start?
The first month is collected through PayPal when you approve the subscription, before launch. Renewal dates and amounts are displayed by PayPal; setup readiness does not delay the billing start date.
