GETTING STARTED WITH AUTOMATE PLANET
After purchase, share your business details, review the agreed setup and prepare for launch. Here is what we need, how timing works and where to get help.

YOUR LAUNCH JOURNEY
After confirmed payment, look for your welcome email and open your customer account. Save your name, business name and website. Then provide the package-specific materials through the agreed onboarding process.
Our team prepares your approved information, customer journey and supported connections. We identify missing access, confirm who handles exceptions and explain anything that could affect activation.
Try the preview or agreed test path. Check your hours, services, answers, contact routes and customer-facing actions. Share consolidated feedback so we can make the included adjustments and resolve open questions.
We check the agreed features before activation and confirm what is live. You receive the relevant access and instructions. Use your plan’s support and refinement allowances to keep information and workflows current.
You do not need to translate your business into technical requirements. Start with what customers ask, what your team does next and which information must stay accurate. Your selected package determines the final checklist.
Business hours, services, approved answers, greeting preferences, details to collect, booking routes and the staff member who handles exceptions. Include rules for requested messages and channel-specific handoffs.
Logo and brand preferences, service details, approved copy and photos, domain access, form recipients and any agreed booking or ordering information. Supply only material you own or have permission to use.
The tools you use, the task to improve, the record that establishes completion and the person who approves changes. Accounting and other sensitive workflows need appropriate access and review rules.
Keep passwords, medical records and confidential customer information out of public forms and chat. We will identify an appropriate process if a scoped deployment needs sensitive information.
| Service | Planning window | What can change it |
|---|---|---|
| Standard voice agent and included dashboard | Can be prepared the same day after complete approved materials and access are ready | Number transfers, carrier approvals, custom connections and review |
| Standard website | Demo in 1–2 days; launch in 5–7 days after complete materials and access | Content readiness, feedback, domain changes and scope |
| Marketing, accounting and custom integrations | The package-specific estimate and confirmed implementation sequence | Source data, approvals, system access and integration complexity |
These windows describe standard scopes and are estimates, not a promise that an entire multi-service package launches at once. Your setup communications explain the sequence and outstanding dependencies. Check the delivery information attached to your selected package before purchasing.
Your customer account provides package scope, required materials, estimated delivery information, recorded payments and billing status where available. You can save your name, business and website. Sign in using the email associated with the PayPal purchase and the one-time code sent to it.
The purchasing account is the starting point for onboarding. A restaurant operations dashboard, communications dashboard or other service-specific application is a separate deliverable where included in your plan. Payment and a saved profile do not automatically activate those production services.
PayPal collects your first month when you approve the subscription. Monthly billing begins before implementation is complete and renews until canceled. The approval screen confirms the amounts and dates. We initiate paid onboarding after payment is verified; a checkout click or a browser return alone does not establish payment.
If payment is pending, your purchaser email differs or you cannot find the welcome email, contact cs@automateplanet.com. Include your package and transaction reference if available. Do not send payment-card details or sign-in codes.
Check business details, hours, service descriptions and the approved answers customers receive. Identify who will maintain changing information.
Try a routine request and its next step, such as an accepted inquiry, booking request or approved handoff. Confirm the record and message agree.
Check how the service handles an unknown answer, missing information or an unavailable connection. Your team should know who owns unresolved work.
Your review is also the opportunity to distinguish an included adjustment from an additional feature. We agree the scope and price of additional work before proceeding.
No. Review the package scope, ask Luna any common questions and purchase through the published checkout. We confirm required information and compatible connections during onboarding.
Use the purchaser email associated with your PayPal subscription. A one-time code is sent to that address. Contact cs@automateplanet.com if you need help with an email mismatch.
No. Saving your details helps our team prepare the work. Activation follows the agreed configuration, checks and approvals; it is not triggered by submitting the setup form.
The first month is charged through PayPal when you approve the subscription, before implementation is complete. Your PayPal approval screen shows the amount and renewal dates. Billing does not wait for launch.
A standard agent and included dashboard can be prepared the same day after complete, approved materials and required access are ready. Number transfers, carrier approvals, custom connections and review delays can extend activation.
Expect a demo in 1–2 days and a standard launch in 5–7 days after complete materials and access are ready. Feedback, domain changes, provider approvals and scope affect the final date.
Your account shows purchasing and onboarding information. Setup communications identify the current work, anything we need and the next milestone. Service-specific production dashboards are separate deliverables where included.
Tell us what you have and review the selected package’s content deliverables. We can help within its scope. Missing materials or additional writing and design work may require an agreed schedule or scope change.
No. Use approved account invitations or the agreed secure onboarding method. Give only the access needed for the work and retain control of your business accounts.
We confirm supported actions and permissions before promising a connection. We may use an approved link, draft or staff handoff, or agree a different integration scope with you.
